I wrote recently about the idea of buying a startup and growing it to greater success. Many find that more appealing than robust entrepreneurial startups. There is another idea to consider – distribution or some variation of that.

EPI forged a partnership with the home company over twenty-five years ago and has been steadily growing every year since. The owners, Richard and Catherine, are committed to the core values of the international company which manufactures perfumes with passion, excellence, creativity, and a durable partnership. As with any distribution operation, they highly value the training, partnership, and empowerment of Eurofragance.
But just as important are the principles of a BAM company: purpose, profit, people, and planet. As they have grown and built a new building, they decided to dedicate the top floor to their purpose – to God be the Glory. The activities on that floor remind the employees that “Our Work is our Worship to the Lord.” The Philippines partnership provides jobs, creates value in the community, and makes disciples of Jesus.
